Trust & Safety
How TBRW AI reduces abuse risk for regulated enterprises and payment partners.
1. Know-your-customer (KYC) for higher-risk purchases
We reserve the right to perform supplemental verification—including billing-address consistency checks and, where warranted, government-ID or business-registration confirmation—for large orders, velocity-flagged accounts, or counterparties that route through high-risk corridors. Declining or delaying fulfillment pending verification is part of keeping the network safe for legitimate buyers.
2. Automated ingestion controls
Uploads pass through proprietary automated safety screening layered with industry-standard moderation APIs intended to block sexual content, minors portrayed inappropriately, gratuitous violence, hate-oriented iconography, and suspected depictions of politicians, celebrities, or other high-risk public figures where our models can reliably classify them. False positives may occur; cleared enterprise customers can appeal through support@tbrw.com.
3. Disclosure watermark on outputs
Finished clips include an embedded disclosure watermark identifying them as AI-assisted synthetic media. The marker is designed to survive ordinary re-encoding so downstream platforms, compliance officers, and viewers can recognize non-camera-original footage. Removal or obscuring of mandatory disclosures violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting & escalation
Report suspected violations—including privacy concerns, unauthorized likeness usage, or policy breaches—to support@tbrw.com. Reports are triaged immediately, with an initial response typically within 24–48 hours. We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and payment partners and may preserve forensic logs where permitted by law.
