No—we sell one‑time prepaid service credit packs so procurement sees upfront usage quota. Unused credits typically do not expire; refund eligibility mirrors Section 4 of our Refund Policy plus statutory rights.

Purchased quota is intended for long-lived enterprise use unless we announce otherwise. Fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations may void balances.

Credits are non-transferable metering units—not cash, wagering instruments, or resale tokens. Consumption follows rendered duration, resolution tier, and in-app features published for TBRW AI.
