eXtreme Media Kit Corp builds productivity-oriented AI visual software for lawful corporate communications. Our engineering group combines experience in computer vision, video pipelines, and trust-and-safety operations so enterprises can adopt synthetic presenter workflows without losing visibility into risk controls.

What we ship

TBRW AI turns approved portraits or reference clips plus scripted narration into short-form presenter segments suitable for learning modules, internal announcements, and multilingual product walkthroughs. Usage is metered, logged for billing integrity, and subject to automated screening described in our Trust & Safety page and Terms of Service.

Support & response commitments

We monitor support@tbrw.com for commercial and technical incidents on a 24/7 queue basis (first-line triage). Detailed billing or policy questions receive a substantive written response as soon as practicable, typically within one U.S. business day for standard matters.

Eligible refund requests under our Refund Policy are processed within three (3) U.S. business days after approval, subject to payment-rail settlement times outside our control. Where checkout ran through our hosted payment partner, approved amounts are returned to the original payment method when their rails permit.
