When you use TBRW AI to produce presenter videos from cleared imagery or reference clips plus narration, we process uploads, generation parameters, transcripts where applicable, metering logs, and exported MP4 outputs solely to operate and secure the service. Unless you give explicit, documented consent, we do not use your uploads or finished clips to train general-purpose foundation models. Uploaded source assets and generated outputs are retained only as long as needed for downloads, dispute resolution, metering audits, or legal holds—typically up to approximately thirty (30) calendar days unless a separate enterprise agreement specifies otherwise or law requires a longer period.

When you access or use our services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our website and video generation features.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and maintain your session state. Cookies help us remember your preferences and provide a consistent workspace experience for your service‑credit balance. When you purchase prepaid service credits for TBRW AI, checkout is processed by one or more regulated third‑party payment processors. They collect and process payment data needed to complete the transaction; their handling of that data is described in their own policies. We receive confirmation of successful payment and limited billing metadata so we can credit your account. We do not store full raw card numbers on our own servers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, genetic data, health information, or religious information. We do not collect information from children under the age of 13. We do not use your uploaded images, videos, audio files, or generated video content for unauthorized purposes.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve TBRW AI's avatar video tooling. This includes processing your video generation requests, managing your service-credit balance, personalizing your account experience, sending communications about updates, and analyzing aggregated usage to improve stability.

Our AI systems include safety measures to prevent harmful content generation. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
